The Activity and Interest Groups are a benefit of CFUW membership.
This is a wonderful way for our members to network, have fun and support each other! Many groups remain small so they can be accommodated in people’s homes. Some groups are very popular and we will work with members to establish new groups as needed.

Hiking in the local hills with special attention to the flora and fauna. Hiking boots and experience required.

Enjoy 1 1/2 - 2 hours light hikes with varying degrees of elevation. Members take turns leading a hike in Victoria & surrounding area. The leader will describe the hike and note whether boots and/or poles are recommended.

Join The Social Knitwork and get together for fun, relaxation, and inspiration as we continue and revive “Slow Stitching.” Bring knitting, quilting, embroidery, tapestry, cross-stitching, crocheting, tatting or any kind of handiwork and meet regularly to enjoy stitching together a new like-minded sorority.
